Installing below two patches in preinstallion mode which provide you with the required class files to avoid the performance issue.
1. 8597080
2. 8576725

Apply Patch 9179588 (9179588:R12.AD.B), following the instructions in the patch readme.Apply Patch 7303029 (7303029:12.1.0) in preinstall mode and run the new American English upgrade patch driver, following the instructions in the patch readme. 798258.1
